What this site collects

This website has no accounts, no login and no database. The only information it receives is what you type into the enquiry form or the report sign-up form: your name, email address, and — if you choose to give them — your phone number, project location, line of work, budget range and message.

Nothing is stored on this website. Submissions are sent directly to our email inbox and are held there.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no advertising or tracking scripts. Nothing about your visit is recorded or shared with a third party for marketing purposes.

Your browser may store small preferences locally, such as whether the opening animation has already played in this session. That information stays on your device and is never sent anywhere.

How your message is delivered

Form submissions are delivered by email. If an email delivery provider is configured, your message passes through that provider purely in order to reach our inbox. It is not used for any other purpose.

To limit automated abuse, the server briefly records the number of submissions coming from an IP address. This counter lives in memory, is not written to disk, and clears itself.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to respond and, where a project follows, to carry out the work and meet our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the email address below and we will deal with it.
